Group Training

My Group Training sessions blend professional fitness guidance with the motivation of a team environment. Designed for various fitness levels, these sessions include a mix of cardio, strength, and functional exercises, ensuring a comprehensive workout. They're ideal for those who enjoy the camaraderie and friendly competition of group exercise, offering a cost-effective and enjoyable way to achieve fitness goals in a supportive community setting.

How It Works

Before the first session, I conduct individual assessments with each participant to understand their fitness levels, goals, and any specific considerations. This information helps in tailoring the workouts to accommodate diverse needs within the group.

In the initial group session, I conduct a comprehensive orientation. This includes explaining the format of the sessions, emphasizing the importance of individual progress over comparison, and fostering a supportive and inclusive environment.

The warm-up session is designed to address different fitness levels. It includes dynamic movements to elevate heart rates while incorporating mobility exercises to cater to participants with varying flexibility and joint considerations.

During the main workout, I incorporate a variety of exercise progressions to accommodate different fitness levels. For instance, a bodyweight squat can be modified for beginners and progressed for more advanced participants. Clear demonstrations and verbal cues help everyone follow along.

To cater to diverse fitness levels, I often structure workouts in circuits or stations. Participants can choose their intensity level or modify exercises based on their abilities. This allows beginners to work at their pace while challenging more experienced individuals.

While the group is working collectively, I provide individual attention by monitoring participants and offering real-time feedback. This ensures that everyone is performing exercises safely and effectively, regardless of their fitness level.

Creating a sense of community is essential in group fitness. I foster a supportive atmosphere where participants encourage each other. Shout-outs, and positive reinforcement contribute to a motivating environment.
